Founder & Visionary Lead

A dedicated advocate for inclusive and transformative learning, Emmanuel O. Omale is the driving force behind Learningforall.
Guided by the belief that education should empower — not exclude — he built this platform to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity.
Blending creativity with purpose, Emmanuel designs learning experiences that speak to both the mind and the heart.
Through his leadership, Learningforall continues to grow as a digital space where ideas, innovation, and impact come together to make education accessible for everyone.

Emmanuel created this website with the belief that no learner should be left behind.
He combines compassion, innovation, and strategy to lead our team and shape the future of learning across communities.

He joined in March 2025 and focuses on enhancing teaching approaches and strengthening foundational and accelerated learning.

Senior Advisor

 With a career in development spanning over 30 years, Nguyan has provided leadership in the design and implementation of donor-funded programmes in Nigeria, especially in the education sector.

Jane Mbagi Mutua

Director for Window 3

Her role involves building community support for learning, especially for marginalized children, through advocacy and behavioral changes. The overall goal of Window 3 is to foster engagement and inclusivity and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Chris Perry

Chris Perry

DELVE Technical Director

In this role, he leads the monitoring, evaluation, and learning components of the large-scale education program. He is also within the UK-funded Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria (PLANE) program.

Mat Pritchard

Matthew Pritchard

Evaluation Team Lead

In his broader role as an M&E Technical Director at Ecorys UK, he also contributes to technical leadership, project delivery, and capacity development for various evaluation and assessment projects. His work is not directly involved with the day-to-day operations of the PLANE program in Nigeria, but rather with the overarching evaluation of its impact.
